Australia-Wide Shipping:

• Standard Shipping: $10 (3-5 business days)
• Express Shipping: $15 (1-2 business days)
• Free Shipping: On all orders over $80!

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 days.

• We want you to love your everyday icons. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be approved before sending items back.
  
  Condition of Returns: To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, with original packaging included.

 Earrings: To ensure the highest hygiene standards for all our customers, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Thank you for understanding!

• Return Shipping Cost: Please note that while we are happy to refund or exchange for store credit, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and providing a tracking number for proof of return.

• Refunds: Upon a successful return, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds will be calculated according to the promotional discount applied to the order. Your refund may take 2-10 business days to reflect in your account. 

• Exchanges: We offer store credit for exchanges. After a successful return, you’ll receive a personalized store credit code. All exchanges are final sale, and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
